The Kurentovanje is the most important carnival event in Slovenia with a 50-year-old tradition which preserve the ethnographical tradition.

Ljubljana airport to close temporarily in April 2010

Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (aka Brnik airport) is to close temporarily in April 2010 for two weeks to allow for runway renovation.
