Idrija, Slovenia
An easy stroll to Divje Jezero, a small pool fed by an underground karst spring. This walk is worth doing in bad weather, because in heavy rain, the spring gushes water up into the pool and the surface appears as though it is boiling.

Nearest Town/Village – Idrija. Only one hotel is listed for Idrija, the 5* Kendov Manor Hotel, in nearby Spodnja Idrija, about 5km away. There are some apartments, rooms and overnight accommodation available, as well as a Youth Hostel. There is no nearby camping site. The town has a good range of shops.
