Near Viševnik in the Julian Alps
Located off the main Triglav massif, Viševnik affords stunning views towards Slovenia’s highest summit and the eastern Julian Alps.

Start/Finish – Rudno Polje
Distance – 11.8km/7.3miles
Height gain - approx 700m
Time – 5h04min
Grade – strenuous; a high level mountain wealk but with no real difficulties.
Recommended map(s) – are either the 1:50 000 Triglavski Narodni Park or the Julijske Alpe vzhodni del (eastern) map published by PZS, who also publish the 1:25 000 Triglav map. There is also a 1:30 000 Bled map published by GZS
